Everything in nature has music and dance in it, every particle in our body is in constant vibration, a dance. We have gone against our nature, and become unalive, our bodies rock like and rigid. We have forgotten how to let our body express, flow and dance to music.
When dance becomes an expression, when the body is taken over by music and rhythm, the dancer and the dance becomes one, the ego disappears and ecstasy is experienced, that has the power of transforming our life experience.
